Reporting to the regional Customer Product Development (CPD) Director, you will help lead the CPD team in ensuring that all Brand Partner configurations provide superior fit, performance and durability. You will oversee the Development Support Specialists and be a resource for them throughout the BOA development process. You will also build a deep understanding of BOA’s products, including how components interact with each other, the materials they are installed in and the environment in which they will be used. Using your knowledge and leadership, you will help direct the workflow and project priorities for your team, and you will be a contact when needed for Brand Partners and their factories so that the CPD team can meet the individual requirements of each project
Reporting to the Prototyping Manager - EMEA, you will be a member of the global Customer Product Development (CPD) team and you will execute our BOA and Brand Partner 2D footwear design requests. You will work with a variety of our teams to create inspirational images that merge performance configurations and fit innovation with current footwear trends. In doing so, you will help us better tell our story of innovation and performance fit through sketches, trend and consumer needs analysis, and concept ideation.
